Depress this agency. I don't know how it is, but the attendants are great and the service is terrible. Hours without calling, poor air conditioning, uncomfortable seats. Apart from the disorganization of passwords, a panel for everything without explaining anything. You're like a beast, you lose a whole day of work to solve simple things.
On my turn, when I didn't have lunch, I went straight to the bank waiting to be called, they answered in front of me a woman who went out, went to lunch, took a shower and had her password called while I was away.
She missed her turn and yet she was attended to in front of me. No manager, because he was at lunch, I didn't even have anyone to complain to. The bank's whatsapp went crazy and said it couldn't register the complaint. In short: I missed my entrance exam and that was it.
And the agency is still "Prime". In truth? I don't know how there are people who invest and choose this bank. If the company had not required an account at this said agency, 7737 nova Aldeota, Fortaleza-CE, I would never have set foot there. And I don't recommend it to anyone! Unless you wanted to get angry!
Slow service and panel with passwords does not specify how many people are missing for each service. People waste a lot of time not knowing how many are left and what order they should be taken. I only went because the company determined that an account should be opened at this agency. There are other faster Bradesco branches. And banks, I prefer Itaú and Santander. I will soon transfer my account to one of these.
I had a disastrous experience at this bank and was extremely dissatisfied with the service. The staff does not seem to have enough knowledge about banking policies and procedures, which resulted in serious errors in my transactions. Furthermore, the technology appears to be outdated and inefficient, causing long wait times to perform simple tasks. The environment is disorganized and uninviting, making the experience even worse. I do not recommend this bank with only 1 star and I advise you to look for other options of financial institutions
